Where should I start? After contacting me, I will reach out to you and schedule a 20-minute complimentary initial phone consultation in which you can share with me your concerns and areas for support. The goal of this call is for both of us to assess whether I will be a good fit for you. If so, we will schedule a session that will take place either via video or in person.
Do you offer Telehealth/online sessions? Yes. While many clients choose to come in person, Teletherapy offers flexibility and convenience if you have a tight schedule or other circumstances. I use a HIPAA compliant platform to meet with you via video call. For more information visit my Online Therapy page.
What are your fees? The fees for Individual Therapy: $230 for a 50 minutes session. For Couples and Family Therapy: $240 for a 50 min session. All services are payable at the time of your appointment. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card.
Do you take insurance? I do not accept Insurance, but I will be happy to provide you with a monthly “Superbill” statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. However you should check with your insurance company to find out whether they cover “out of network” providers.
What is your cancellation policy? I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me a call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled without the stipulated notice will be charged full fees.
Who do you work with? I work with adults, couples, families, adolescents (high school age) and parents. I am happy to provide you with referrals for other professionals depending on your needs.
